My husband returned from an extended trip from abroad with severe pain in both knees. After wearing the shoes for a couple of days the pain level improved a great deal and subsided completely after a couple of weeks!!! Great orthopedic shoe which I can only recommend highlyProduct quality is bad, and the walking sole is too hard and no rocking as MBT has been. I have never been that disappointed with MBT quality, but this was really bad. Since MBT started selling on Amazon product quality has suffered a lot.
