Before investing in this jammer, I did as much research as possible seeking out a quality jammer for fit and performance. My son's coach wanted the kids to all wear this exact jammer for JO's, Nationals and Sectionals but I thought it cost way too much. The coach also recommended 4 sizes smaller than usual which most of the times work. In researching this jammer I had noticed that people really liked it but it fit tighter and shorter in the crotch so we made the decision to go down to a 28 from a 30. It worked perfectly and my son dropped tons of time over the course of all the swim meets and it held up beautifully. Yes this jammer was a little short in the crotch area which we knew in advance and is why we chose a size larger but the tightness was perfect and anything smaller would have not fit well at all. We highly recommend this jammer and we would buy it again.
